At WIN Book Shop, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict “No Refund, Return or Exchange” policy, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items as per Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019.


1. General Policy

  • No Refunds/Exchanges – We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Order Cancellation – You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement by contacting us.


2. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Books – Printing errors, torn pages, or physical damage.
Wrong Item Supplied – If you receive a different book than ordered.

Return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email Us at connect@winbookshop.net with:

    • Subject: “Return – [Order ID]”

    • Details: Reason for return + images of the defect/wrong item.

  2. Approval – Our team will verify and provide return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping – Customer bears return shipping costs unless the error is from our side.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 working days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method.


5. Non-Returnable Items

No returns for:

  • Change of mind / Wrong order by customer.

  • Books damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
